As the morning sun rises and sobriety or possibility hangovers kick in. Most of us are filled with gloom, sadly Halloween has ended.  Even though I believe it starts earlier and earlier every year. The joyous 31 days of mischief and mayhem comes to an abrupt halt. Hours and hours of binge-watching classics, visits to hallow horror nights and social media post galore. Halloween is a beloved by all, young and old.

The question is, what’s next? Even though its just another day of the week. We all find ourselves with a tiny void. Watching 4 movies back to back doesn’t seem as appealing anymore! Well… that’s not true as I do have Apostle (my second movie of the night) playing in the background as I type. MV5BMTY1NDk0NjI4MV5BMl5BanBnXkFtZTgwNjUyNzMwNjM@._V1_SY1000_CR0,0,674,1000_AL_I’ll have to give it a second watch, for sure. But for the time being its comfort just the same. Horror movies can provide just as much entertainment, whether it’s spooky season or not.

Which brings up a question. When the hell did October start getting called as “Spooky Season”? At first, I found myself endorsing the ridicule of how dumb it sounded.  Clearly, Halloween has won, as I’ve just unavoidable acknowledged the term! The first day of November is coming to an end and there’s nothing we can do about it. Halloween is over and it’s time to start planning for next years celebration.

I’ll leave you with a hint of what I’m working on!
